Principle and Aim in business management of Earth line Co., Ltd
 
       Earth Line Co., Ltd was established in 1995. Our business firstly focused on devices and supplies for medical treatment and diagnosis. The company structure is divided into sale and service departments.
 
The first company, Earth Line Co., Ltd, is responsible for sale and service of all medical devices and supplies. The company concentrates on marketing and sale of imported products that have high quality and reasonable price.
The second part of business is conducted by Zenas Technology Co., Ltd. which specialize on sale and service of diagnostic devices and supplies.

And healthcare products (equipment & supplies) serve to OTC shop-chain store and whole seller website dealer.

After 16 years in business, our reputation grows as a trusted company for our previous and current customers, resulting in the vast expansion of the company especially in the part of Earth Line Co., Ltd. International manufacturers and distributors with high quality products increasingly trust our company to be their distributors in Thailand, leading to our competitive ability and efficient product distribution.
 
Apart from the separation into two companies for the clarity in business management and the advantage in customer service, Earth Line Co., Ltd focuses on marketing and sale of our specialized products and we aim to provide effective service to all customers. • Healthcare products of modern & alternative medical for SPA and Beauty care place.
• Lab Diagnosis distributes devices and supplies for laboratory use.

Lab Diagnosis distributes devices and supplies for clinical laboratory, which use to medical diagnostic for treatment and healthcare screening of annual year.

  Our company devides the distribution channel into 3 ways for the convenience of management and the effectiveness in customer service. We concern not only about the necessity in providing technical knowledge and service of devices and supplies to get the highest benefit from product use, but also about fast and efficient after-sale service for customers in all regions. Our distribution channels are separated as following.
 
1.    Distribution channel for hospitals and medical clinics throughout the country
2.    Distribution channel for pharmacies and medical devices suppliers
3.    Representative distributors for provincial parts. These distributors are required to receive good trainings about our devices and supplies as well as provide fast and efficient after-sale service especially for areas that far away from the main company.  The objective of this channel focuses on increasing the speed of problem solving to satisfy customer needs, which is very important for medical devices and supplies.
 
Our company exceedingly determines to present quality products with reasonable price and good after-sale service for the highest customer requirement and satisfaction. We believe that our business management and policy will lead us to further business expansion and to be a leader in Thai market.
