Description
Electronic suction
units MEVACS (with air flow 50 l/min)
present a new generation of suction units. Their handling is very simple a whole suction flow is handled by microprocessor. This designates them for wider using in surgery, neurochemistry, plastic surgery, gynaecology, and thorax draining, at AR-UIC departments, as well as for suction from air passages. There is no service-needed vacuum pump into the suction unit. It enables non-stop operating. There are special regimes besides classic one – draining suction, STANDBY function.

Main features
– Oil-free vacuum pump, maintenance-free.
– High level of under pressure – 93 kPa / 700 mmHg (93% of vacuum).
– High suction output – MEVACS – 40 l/min (- 50 l/min.)
– Long-term operation – several days.
– Simple operation by means of foil keyboard keys with acoustic signal and visual light indication of achieved under pressure level.
– Very low noise level.
– Accurate control of under pressure ensures by microprocessor.
– STANBY function
– Reliable protection system against reservoirs overfilling:
– Blocked soft drainage suction mode:
– Pulse suction mode in the whole range of underpressure values with the possibility of connection with the suction adapter for breast milk.
– Vacuum extraction mode:
– Protection of the unit, personnel and patient against infection
– Memory function of adjusted unit values during blackout.
– The possibility of all functions operation by means of foot control
